This project consists of a privately owned fire observation tower to be constructed in the Sapphire Mountain Range, S.E. of Stevensville, MT. The tower has 4 main legs that form a 36ft x 36ft foot print; and support an enclosed bunkhouse and an enclosed observation deck @ the 25ft & 35ft levels.

The primary structural elements of the tower are comprised of heavy weathering steel sections, ASTM A588, Grade 50. The main tower vertical legs are 16”x16”x5/8” tube steel. The tower perimeter beams are W24x146 wide flange beams.
