Troy is an expert in structural theory and construction management. He is experienced in commercial, industrial, educational, medical, high-end residential, athletic and historic renovation buildings. He designs steel, cast-in-place concrete, pre-stressed concrete, aluminum, stressed-skin panel, wood, timber, log, and FRP structures or components of structures. Troy is in charge of structural engineering, engineering licensing, project scheduling, continuing education, and technical publications for the firm.

Outside the office Troy enjoys spending time with his family and is a member of the renowned Eclipse Engineering soccer team.
