The building consisted of approximately 22,000 square feet total, including the daylight basement. An additional 5500 square feet of deck surrounds most of the structure. The main level consists of guest rooms, conference rooms, a main dining area and a full kitchen. The basement is used for more guestrooms, conference rooms and storage. The foundation is cast-in-place concrete. The floors and roofs are constructed of steel beams, composite wood joists, logs and pre-fabricated wood trusses. The basement walls are conventional wood sheathing on wood framed stud walls and log walls for the main level.
